Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
Opened desk mats
Used organizers
Any product showing signs of wear
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
If unsure, contact our support team before requesting a return.
If you simply want to exchange a product for a different color or variant:
You can request an exchange within 14 days
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Customer covers return shipping unless the product was defective
You may cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can request a return after delivery.
